These Terms cover your use of the Jersey Pilot website, the 3D design editor, and any jerseys or related products you order from us. By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

To place an order or save designs you'll need an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account.

Designs and intellectual property

Your designs

You keep ownership of your content. By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and process your content as needed to operate the Service and fulfill orders.

Our platform

Everything else — the website, editor, templates, logos, copy, code, and technology — is owned by Jersey Pilot. You get a limited, personal license to use the Service for designing and ordering jerseys.

Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Prices are listed on product pages and may change at any time.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance.
  • Payment is due at checkout.
  • Custom jerseys are made-to-order. See Returns.

Shipping

See Shipping for current production times, carriers, and delivery policies. US only.

Acceptable use

Don't break the law, upload infringing designs, impersonate others, interfere with the Service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that screen colors will match exactly what arrives in print.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
