Every jersey is cut, printed, and stitched to your design. That makes them personal — and it means our return policy is a little different from a typical retailer.
Short version: Custom jerseys aren't returnable for size or change-of-mind. Defects, damage in transit, and our mistakes are covered.
What we cover
We'll replace or refund a jersey if:
- It arrived damaged in transit
- It has a manufacturing defect (bad seam, peeling print, missing piece)
- We sent the wrong design, size, or item
For any of the above, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with photos. Return shipping is on us.
What isn't returnable
Because every order is made-to-order, the following aren't returnable or refundable:
- Wrong size ordered (we publish a sizing chart on every product page — measure before you confirm)
- Typos in names, numbers, or copy you supplied
- Color choices that look different on your screen vs. in person
- Changes of mind after production has started
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
If you spot a typo before production starts, email us right away — we can usually catch it.
How to start a return for a covered issue
1. Tell us what's wrong. Email [email protected] with your order number, a short description, and photos.
2. We'll confirm next steps. For defects we usually issue a replacement on a priority production lane. For damaged shipments we may ask you to ship the jersey back — we'll cover the return label.
3. Refunds, when applicable. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most card refunds land within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the issue is on us.
Exchanges
We don't run direct exchanges — every jersey is built for one specific order. If you need a different size or design, confirm with us that the original order is eligible for a refund, then place a new order.
Team orders
For 10+ jersey orders, the rules above apply per-jersey. If a roster name was supplied incorrectly by the coach or captain, that's not a manufacturing defect — please double-check rosters before approving the design.
