Designing

Do I need design skills to make a jersey?

No. Every jersey starts from a designer-made template — pick one you like, then change the colors, text, and logos right on the 3D model. What you see on screen is what gets printed.

What can I customize?

Depends on the design, but typically the color scheme, names and numbers, and logos. You can also add your own text and images, and move, resize, or rotate them anywhere on the jersey — front, back, and sleeves.

What image files can I upload for logos?

PNG or JPG, up to 10MB. PNGs with a transparent background look best on the fabric. We print exactly what you upload, so use the sharpest version of your logo you have.

Do I need an account to design?

No — start designing right away. Your work is kept with your browser session, and the moment you sign in or create an account (you can do it at checkout), everything you built is saved to it.

Can I come back and edit a design later?

Yes. Saved designs live in your account — open one any time to keep editing, or order it again in new sizes.

Will the printed jersey match what I see on screen?

The 3D preview is rendered from the same artwork we print, so placement and layout match exactly. Colors are dyed into the fabric and come very close to screen colors, though every monitor shows color a little differently.

Ordering & pricing

How does pricing work?

Each jersey has a base price, and most have volume tiers — the more you order of the same jersey, the lower the per-jersey price. The tier applies automatically in your cart based on quantity.

Can I order for a whole team?

Absolutely — that's what we're built for. Add the same design to your cart in as many sizes and quantities as you need; volume pricing kicks in automatically. Team orders of 10+ jerseys ship within 4–6 weeks.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once production starts we can't change the design, sizes, or quantities — but if you catch us before that, we'll do everything we can.

Do you offer discount codes?

Sometimes — if you have a code, apply it in your cart before checkout and the discount shows immediately.

Shipping & delivery

How long until my jersey arrives?

Every jersey is made to order. Single jerseys ship within 3–4 weeks of order confirmation; team orders (10+ jerseys) ship within 4–6 weeks. Production starts when payment clears. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves our Virginia facility.

How much is shipping?

A flat $9.95 — free on orders over $150.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.

I need jerseys by a specific date — can you rush it?

We don't offer expedited shipping (production is the long pole, not transit), but if you have a hard date — tournament, opener, championship — contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's doable.

Returns & issues

Can I return a custom jersey?

Because every jersey is cut, printed, and stitched to your design, we can't take returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong size. We will always replace or refund jerseys that arrive damaged, have a printing defect, or don't match the design you approved.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the damage, and keep the original packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund on our dime.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Check the size list on each jersey's page before ordering — sizes run from Youth Small up to 4X-Large depending on the jersey. When in doubt between two sizes, most players prefer the larger one. Since custom jerseys can't be exchanged for sizing, it's worth a moment to double-check.

The tracking says delivered but I don't have it.

Check with neighbors and around the delivery spot first, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If it still doesn't turn up, email us within 48 hours of the delivery scan and we'll help track it down.
