Every jersey is made-to-order. Production happens before the package ever sees a carrier — so plan for both stages when you check the calendar.

United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Production time

  • Single jerseys ship within 3–4 weeks of order confirmation.
  • Team orders (10+ jerseys) ship within 4–6 weeks of roster lock-in.
  • Production starts when your design is approved and payment clears, not when the order is placed.

If you need jerseys by a specific date — tournament, opener, championship — drop us a line first at [email protected] and we'll confirm whether the runway fits.

Carriers and origin

We ship from our facility in Virginia, USA via USPS or UPS. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the package leaves us.

  • Business days: Monday–Friday
  • Federal holidays: orders move to the next business day

Tracking your order

When your jersey ships you'll get:

  • The tracking number
  • A link to follow the package
  • An estimated delivery window

Delivery issues

Marked delivered, not in hand

If the carrier says delivered but you don't have the package:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone else at the address
  • Look in less-obvious spots (porch, side gate, behind the door)
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • If it still doesn't turn up, email us within 48 hours of the delivery scan

Arrived damaged

If the box or the jersey arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the package and the damage before unpacking further
  • Keep all the original packaging
  • Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery

We'll arrange a replacement or refund on our dime.

Shipping restrictions

  • We don't ship to international addresses.
  • Expedited shipping isn't supported — production is the long pole, not transit.
